Our company looking for qualified candidate in PROPOSAL ENG with detail personel as follow:

Proposal Engineer
Employer: PT SAS Niaga (A group of SAS Internasional)
Background: Mechanical Engineering / Engineering relate
Experience: 3 - 5 years
Education: Bachelor
Location: JAKARTA and/or Project Site (Major in Jakarta)


Job Descriptions:

1) Work with Sales Manager (Internal office) to submit technical-commercial quotation in Budgetary Phase thru Tender in package equipment and/or equipment
2) Managing and updating Vendor / Subcontractor in Indonesian and/or Overseas (Singapore, UK, EU) as compliance to client requisition in package equipment
3) Take in hand proposal package inquiry of process, utilities,storage and support systems which are part of onshore and/or offshore production facilities

Experience / Competence / Skills / Knowledge:
1) Sound engineering background with topside/process/ pipeline knowledge an advantage
2) Mechanical or fabrication engineering qualification and/or very strong practical background
3) Client liaison and financial awareness skills are essential as part of project engineering
4) Will be advantage if have experience work in Condensate Treatment Package, Nitrogen Generation Package, HVAC Package, Water Produce Treatment Package, Diaphragm Closure Complete with Fender and Leg Mating Unit - Deck Support Unit (Mechanical)
5) Good technical writing skills with attitude
