We are currently taking applicants for the following position:

ON THE JOB TRAINING AS VISUAL COMMUNICATIONS OFFICER (CONTRACT BASED FOR 6 MONTHS)

Education: Minimum Diploma Degree (D3) in Visual Communications field.

Requirements:

1. Good English and Indonesian skills – spoken, written and presentation.
2. Proficient in using MS Office, Adobe In-Design, Adobe Photoshop, Corel, Illustrator, Video maker and 3DMax.
3. Proficiency in using Macromedia Freehand and Adobe PageMaker an advantage.
4. Ability to develop, clear innovative corporate visual communication tools.
5. Good business analysis skills and project management capabilities.
6. Ability to coordinate own efforts such that they meet business deadlines.
7. Mayrequire local and overseas travel from time to time.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in managing the rebranding process of all corporate collaterals such as intranet, internet, newsletters etc across the organisation
2. Initiate new visual communications tools that are effective to improve internal communications.
3. Assist in ensuring the implementation and compliance of standard branding guidelines of all corporate collaterals across the organisation.
4. Assist the Marketing Officer in improving company awareness and image amongst targeted external stakeholders and supporting the Company’s business development through effective marketing programs including corporate advertisements, corporate collaterals, exhibitions, and other means of corporate promotions.
5. Assist the Marketing Officer in developing and maintaining the Company’s project data sheets
6. Assisting the development of corporate publications including annual report and company profile.
7. Initiate new visual communications tools that are effective to improve corporate image and awareness.
8. Support the MarComm function to provide the best service and solutions required by its customers.
