>Port Engineering Manager

My client is MNC Company based in Jakarta is urgently looking for an energetic person to growth with together.

Under the overall guidance and directives of Chairman of the Steering Committee, New Port Project, the Project Engineering Manager will insure that the overall the design, completion of construction, testing and commissioning of the new port is carried out within the approved programme and budget. In particular the incumbent will be the single point of responsibility for the Project and will perform the following duties, but not limited to:

- Planning, managing and overseeing the project delivery.
- Reviewing and monitoring the design of all parts of the NPP.
- Coordination and implementation of all project activities in accordance with the project plan, timetable and the approved budget.
- Supervision of the project budget and human resources.
- Ensuring that appropriate provision of the protection of the environment is an integral component of planning, design, construction and operation of the NPP.
- Submission of periodic progress reports and contribute to and attend meetings of NDPP Steering Committee.
- Reviewing the activities of all aspects of the project with the Executive Managers throughout the course of the Project.
- Attending and presenting reports to the Tendering Committee of NPP, and
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the NPP SC.

Qualifications:
- The Engineering Project Manager will hold a relevant tertiary qualification from a recognized university.
- The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a minimum of 10 years relevant experience in port projects and operations with not less than 10 years experience of delivery and construction of major projects.
- The Engineering Project Manager will have finance and management experience in similar projects together with experience gained from working with international and government organizations.
- Personal attributes will include the ability to communicate effectively in both Indonesia and English languages.

Key Requirements:
· Not less than 10 years experience in port projects and operations
· Not less than 10 years experience in construction projects
· Finance and management experience in similar projects
· Previous experience at an International companies
· Fluent in Indonesia and English languages.
