CAREER DEVELOPMENT TEAM LEADER.

Scope of Duties:
Report directly to Career Development Team Leader. Working as part of a team
the successful candidate should be able to:

•Initiates and coordinates with Line Managers concerned, the preparation and compilation of competency Development programs and assists in understanding the development procedures and policies, including the analysis and verification of training needs for UAE National Developees to ensure implementation of this program for Developees.

•Supervises the preparation of all necessary documents for the periodical performance reviews/meetings and monitoring of all Developees. Periodically enforces and reviews the processes relating to Developees progression including competency development programs, progress review reports, planned activities, promotion and confirmation documentation, etc.

•Directs the activities related to the assessment of Developees performance against agreed competency development programs ensuring that targets are achieved within the planned confirmation dates as per policy.

•Directs and initiates counseling and follow up sessions for Developees throughout their development period. Advises to create a better mutual understanding between the Developees and their supervisors.

•Reviews and ensure the preparation of necessary periodical/regular reports on Developees/Scholars/trainees, against each one’s professional plan and submits findings and recommendations to CDTL.

•Directly responsible for the development of technical and non-technical Developees and recommend RGTs for them based on their progression to CDTL.

•Prepare reports, presentations etc. and advise Heads/ Managers on career development path for UAE national Developees in coordination with CDTL.

•Directly responsible of designing and implementing Developing Satisfaction Surveys.

•Coordinate with LMs to assign trained Coach, Assessor and Mentor for Developees and develop the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and coordinate with Line Divisions for Developees.

•Maintain good working relationships with Learning Resources Team.


Minimum Requirements:
· Aged 30 - 55
· Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
· Very good standard of written and spoken English Language
· Good interpersonal skills


Remuneration Package:
· Salary FIXED AS PER COMPANY RULES.
· 5 / 2 work cycle, 38 days annual leave + public holidays
