Petroleum Engineer - Microseismc Sales & Buisness Development Houston

The Sales Representative will be located in Houston Texas and will be responsible for sales and business development of Apex-HiPoint’s Houston based Microseismic / VSP acquisition and data processing services.


Primary responsibilities will include:
• Identifying new business opportunities within the Houston market
• Servicing, growing and follow up of existing client relationships in this market
• Development and implementation of a sales and marketing plan in
conjunction with affiliated companies penetrating the Houston market

Qualifications and Experience

• 4+ years in technical sales relating to oilfield operations.
• Preference will be given to candidates with engineering related technical sales
• Experience in North America Shale plays required
• B.Sc./M.Sc. In Petroleum Engineering or Geophysics
• Work experience emphasis in Hydraulic Reservoir Stimulation design, and execution given preference
• Use his/her network to warm call and develop clients
• Posses a track record of growing market share within a designated market
• Demonstrated aptitude in multidisciplinary application of technology
