Must by fully conversant with international health, safety & environmental codes, standards, recommended practices and regulations and their application to similar projects. He must have handled independently plot plan reviews, HAZOP & Safety views and made significant contributions therein. He shall have the expertise to deal with FEED deliverables to be developed for the project and ensure that the facilities to be constructed will be safe to operate and maintain. Knowledge of local/owners safety regulations will be essential to further verify that these are fully incorporation in the plant design.
PMC Experience
Future candidates will meet the following requirements:
B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university with minimum fifteen (15) years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry, particularly in the Middle East. Must have been in consultant's organisation for at least five (5) years in similar position. An advanced degree in construction management is highly desirable.
