The primary focus of the role is to manage the integration of the projects commercial activities which involve working with key stakeholders to facilitate communication and ensure the timely resolution of commercial issues.
Secondary responsibilities include:
- Working with the project management team, along with upstream and downstream operators to ensure the integration of commercial activities
- Ensuring a sufficient level of communication regarding commercial issues to the project management team and relevant shareholders
- Preparation of reports and presentation for the project and stakeholder senior management teams
The successful candidate will demonstrate extensive experience (20+ years within the Oil and Gas industry ) in a commercial environment encompassing contract negotiation and/or administration, business development and exposure to financial modelling.
