'Project Services Administrator'

An opportunity has arisen at one of the most successful names in Oil & Gas for a Project Service Administrator based in St. Johns Newfoundland. This is an exciting long term rolling contract opportunity for an accounting minded Administrator.

Some examples of the job functions, but not limited to

Administer the invoice payment submission process – (Receive invoices, coding, seeking verification against Purchase Orders, following up on payment issues)

Work closely with Procurement to monitor spend against Purchase Order Process, making corrections where necessary, and advising when a Purchase Order is coming due.

In order to succeed in this role, it is vital that the candidate be adaptable to changing priorities, have impeccable interpersonal skills as you will be dealing with all levels of employees, and the ability to prioritize in a constantly changing, evolving department.
