Change Manager

A major oil and gas company is looking for a Change Manager to join their team on a 4 years contract in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Key basic function and scope include: Establish change management process and ensures implementation while documenting all changes agreed or not.

Key responsibilities of this position include:
- Lead and manage a discipline engineering team to implement the Interface Management System. Support the Interface Manager in resolving all interfaces.
- Coordinate interface activities between the differnet EPC Contractors personnel to ensure that all interface related requirements are met during detailed engineering and according to the Project milestone schedule and completion priorities.
- Document that all critial interface issues, studies, dynamic simulations, and analysis between the EPC Contractors occurrs as defined by COMPANY.
- Work closely with EPC Contractors, company engineers and operations representatives to ensure that effective communication occurs to reslove interface issues.

Key qualifications for this position include:
- Minimum 20+ years of relevant work experience in Oil & Gas industry. Experience on Mega-Project, over 1 Billion US Dollars, is preferred.
- Detailed understanding of project engineering and project management activities.
- Must understand project scheduling and project budgets
- B.S. in Chemical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
