Permit Coordinator (EPC Petrochemical / West) URGENT!

Our Client is a leading and highly reputable EPC MNC in the Oil & Gas industry. They are looking for a positive, experienced and committed individual to join them.

Responsibilities:
* Need to have a very good working knowledge of ALL the operation of an Owner's operator or facility Permit-To-Work system.
* Have an experience related to start of a facility and equipment, operations or other relevant experience such as construction, field engineering, field supervision or operations in industrial process or utility engineering / construction.
* Ability to work effectively with the owner's staff, project management staff, construction supervisors and foreman, start-up staff, etc.
* Previous outage management experience is desired.
* Previous construction supervisory experience is a desired.
* Previous plant operations experience is a plus.

Requirements:
# Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Engineering (Environmental/Health/Safety), Engineering (Petroleum/Oil/Gas) or equivalent.
# Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Engineering - Environmental/Health/Safety or equivalent.
# Minimum of five years experience in a plant operations, or construction role at a refinery, chemical or power facility, one of which pertains to the administration of a total permit to work system that includes LOTO (Lock Out, Tag Out) program for mechanical and piping scopes of work e.g Hot works and Cold works.
# Good oral and written communication skills.
# Must speak and write English fluently, another local dialect would be an advantage.
# Strong interpersonal skills, able to interact closely and frequently with client management and operations and maintenance personnel while maintaining necessary levels of commercial awareness.
# Preferably those who can commence work either within short notice.

Remuneration: Open (Depending on individual's qualification and experience)
Working location: West
