"Equipment Manager Position"

At the moment, Asia Select Indonesia is representing it's client,a subsidiary of a an authorized services company and dealer of well known heavy machinery and equipment products, and It is a leading provider of rental power solutions in Indonesia.

They are looking for a senior person for the position of;

EQUIPMENT MANAGER

• Perform those administrative activities necessary for the effective management of the department
• Organize, monitor and evaluate audit procedures and activities application of SHE and quality according to government and company regulation
• Manage the Equipment maintenance strategy which is included application and operations, performance analysis, technical engineering, equipment health and component life cycle management is developed using the inputs from all the other `Strategy' Process steps.
• Manage the process of planning and scheduling PM, Component Change outs and Backlog required
• Manage equipment daily operations process of performing PM, PCR,backlog and breakdown, performing all `health' task
• Manage equipment administration
• Plan working target and annual budget as guidance, organize, Monitor and evaluate the implementation
• Review equipment performance and financial performance
• Organize, control and evaluate the development of maintenance planning covering parts availability and reliability, capital forecasting, inventory forecasting and capacity forecasting
• Manage all maintenance activity and equipment performance data to permit the production of periodic and ad-hoc maintenance analysis report
