Senior Performance Management (SPM)
(Jakarta Raya)

Requirements:

• University degree in Engineering, Science, Business, Economics or finance in addition to vocational courses in management, planning, economic modeling and financial analysis.
• Prior experience of business / strategic planning.
• Min 8 years experience in an oil and gas industry in project development, operations, planning or commercial.
• Fully conversant in English communication skill, both oral & writing.
• Should be able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Having strong interpersonal skills, initiative, high negotiating and analytical skills and ability to compromise.
