General Manager Legal (Pulp and Paper / Forestry) – Jakarta (Code: GM Legal – JKT)
Special qualifications:
Must have demonstrated proficiency with applicable activities of Lead and manage License area (to ensure all commercial license compliance standard, secure conductive business environment, maintain relationship with regulatory authorities), Legal Area (Ensure to provide professional legal support/ advice on transactional, corporate governance, compliance activity), Litigation area (Monitor and represent the company in criminal, litigation, and other legal proceedings) Media Relation area (Provide leadership and guideline in order to develop, maintain and protect the corporate image locally and nationally and establish and maintain good relationships with the stakeholders and media)
Experience:
Requires at least 15 years progressive in Legal, License & litigation, media relation, in forestry or pulp & paper industries. Experience must include hands-on responsibility for the full scope of legal & license issues, letigation, and media relation both operations and analysis.
Education:
Candidates must possess a post bachelor or master degree in any related discipline; an advanced degree or professional certification preferred, or the equivalent combination of knowledge of laws, legal codes, and court procedures and experience
