PRODUCTION TEAM LEADER (TL-SW)
Your Role :
• You will lead shift operation to achieve target volume, safety, productivity, quality, elimination of wastes, and team commitment.
• Ensure that supports are exist from other departments for material, technical, people, utilities, and equipments.
Your Qualifications :
• Hold minimum a bachelor degree in Engineering (preference : mechanical, industrial, and electrical).
• Minimum GPA 3.00, has 3 years experience in related task and has experience leading a team.
• Strong leadership as well as planning and execution.
• Dynamic, innovative, result-oriented person.
• Excellent speaking and writing ability of English.
• Good knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
GENERAL AFFAIR OFFICER (GA)
Your Role :
• You will assisst HR Manager to handle all industrial relation activities, dealing with employees and communicating it with the management.
• You will assisst HR Manager to handle the maintenance and managing office assets.
• You will handling and providing the liabilities needed by office staff.
Your qualifications :
• Hold a Bachelor Degree from Law with GPA 3.0 above, with minimum 3-5 years working in the same field.
• Have good teamwork, service orientation, and good communication skills.
• You must have good knowledge of labour law.
• Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good MS. Office.
ENVIRONMENTAL SPECIALIST (ES)
Your Role :
• You will take up the role in environmental activities within the company covering all plants.
• You will ensure excellent environmental care is exist through establishing material, balance of waste in each plant as well as ensure the legal compliances of waste disposal.
• You will advise environmental operation in any action/corrective action to be done in order to maintain the legal compliance.
• You will further develop our facilities towards Environmental Management System.
Your Qualifications :
• Hold a university degree in Environmental Engineering or Chemical Engineering with 2-3 years experience in the same field.
• You must have a strong leadership and drive for result.
• Preferably have on hands experience in Safety aspects.
• Excellent speaking and writing ability in English.
• Having knowledge in Legal Environmental Aspect , Safety Rules, and MS Office.
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR (WH.SPV)
Your Role :
• You will develop the flow system of in and out stocks of goods.
• You will be responsible in counting and manage the stocks of raw materials & finished products.
• You will assisst Production Manager and working closely with Internal Sales in terms of delivering goods to customers.
Your qualifications :
• Hold a minimum Diploma Degree with GPA 3.0 above.
• Maximum 30 years with minimum 3 years experience in the managing warehouse functions.
• Good service orientation and great with details.
• Have good communication, leadership, and teamwork. Also having an excellent skills in MS. Office.
• Had some trainings in warehouse functions will be advantage
PROCESS ENGINEER (PE)
Your Role :
• You will analyze the critical parameters of the production process, propose and implement modifications which have positive impact on stability of process and product properties in order to decrease customer claims and waste.
• You will establish a know-how database of all technical evolutions related to the current technology and you become the reference in the field of heat treatments.
• You will develop and implement the needed modifications in our production facilities in order to be able to produce new applications in close cooperation with equipment suppliers, customers, R&D, etc.
• You will follow-up on the performance of these practical implementations at the customers.
Your Qualifications :
• Hold minimum a bachelor degree in Engineering (preference : metallurgy, chemical, mechanical) with GPA 3.0 above.
• Dynamic, innovative, result-oriented person. Your analytical skills and your passion for technology combined with your hands-on approach enable you to develop the best solution for the customer and Bekaert.
• Excellent speaking and writing ability in English. Fluent in other language is advantage.
QUALITY ENGINEER (QE)
Your Role :
• You will solve production-related quality problem and actively contribute to quality assurance.
• You will develop and implement quality procedures and quality system.
• You will analyze the critical parameters of the quality process, propose and implement modifications which have positive impact on Bekaert s product qualities.
• You will manage the laboratory and monitors the quality of materials used in the production process
Your Qualifications :
• Hold minimum a bachelor degree in Engineering (preference : metallurgy or chemical) with GPA 3.0 above.
• Innovative & result-oriented person. Also have good communication and teamwork.
• Preferable to have experience in quality area.
• Excellent speaking and writing ability in English. Fluent in other language is advantage.
TECHNICAL SERVICE (TS)
Your Role :
• Deliver technical suggestion to our customers.
• Working closely with production and technical departments to deliver best output at our customers.
• Help in solving technical and quality problems at our customers and working side by side with them.
• To be the link between our company and our customers
Your Qualifications :
• Hold minimum a bachelor degree in Engineering (preference : metallurgy, mechanical, or chemical) with GPA 3.0 above.
• Max 30 years old, minimum work experience 3 years in related tasks.
• Have good service orientation. Responsible, hard working, and independent.
• Have initiative and able to make decision to solve problem.
• Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good MS. Office.
FINANCE OFFICER
Your Role :
• You will manage and carry out all aspects in Cost Accounting, Cost Controlling, and Financial Reporting to enhance system and procedures of a large department or business unit.
• You will do tax administration and liaison with tax officer in case of tax audit. You will identify tax exposure of the company and ensure tax compliance with the regulation.
Your qualifications :
• Have good teamwork, service orientation, able to work under pressure, and good with details.
• Hold a Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting with GPA 3.0 above, with 3-5 years working in the same field.
• Having knowledge of tax regulation and possess tax brevet will be advantage.
• Excellent speaking and writing ability of English supported with good MS. Office.
