Kodeco Energy is a multinational operator of Production Sharing Contract in Indonesia, in the business of oil and natural gas exploration and exploitation. In line with our expansion plan, we are currently seeking candidates to fill the following positions :

HR Analyst (CODE : HR)

Main job & responsibility: Under the general direction of the supervisor, performs function of reviewing and developing HR Policies and Procedures, assisting in Compensation & Benefits Analysis, as well as Formalities administration.

Requirement :
- Male/Female
- S1 Psychology, Economic, Business Administration, Engineering
- Min. 3-5 years experience in HR/C&B, preferably in O&G Industry.

Other competencies :
- Excellent English (Verbal, Reading)
- Good Computer skill
- Good Analytical Thinking, Initiative
- Good in Data Simulation & Analysis
- Good in Time Management
- Able to work in a team
