'Mechanical Commissioning Technician'

A Major LNG Operator requires a Mechanical Commissioning Technician to join them on a 6 month contract at Ras Laffan in Qatar.

The main responsibilities are duties involved in the commissioning and start-up of system pipeline and rotating equipment of a Sulphur Recovery Project.
Check and commissioning of molten sulphur pipeline and storage tanks, Steam generation system; desalinated water pumps, dearator, boiler feed pumps and boilers; Air Instrument system, Potable water system, Fire water system, Process water system, Tempered water system, Granulator sulphur feed pumps, 13 Package Liquid Sulphur Granulation, Conveyors, Stacker/Reclaimers and Ship loader system.

Suitable candidates will have a Mechanical Engineering degree with a minimum of 10 years relevant experience. Preference will be given to immediately available candidates with Qatar experience.
