General Requirement/Minimum Qualification (unless otherwise specified in the requirements inspectors):
a) He or she has a minimum of DIII Engineering degree in the specified and required discipline and minimum of 8 years experience in the QA/QC Inspection and certification works in the onshore and offshore oil and gas project and operation.
b) He or she has a minimum of S1 Engineering degree in the specific and required discipline and minimum of 5 years experience in the QA/QC inspection and certification works in onshore and offshore oil and gas project and operation.
c) Good written and spoken English languages communication skill
d) Good computer skill for excel, words, outlook and other program as required.
The positions we are offering are as follows:
1. Senior QA/QC Inspector (3 Person)
a. Familiar with MIGAS regulation and requirements for inspection and certification and International standard and code.
b. Minimum shall pass Migas examination on pressure Vessel, welding, NDT, and pipeline inspection training.
c. Welding Inspector CSWIP 3.1 or equivalent
d. ASNT Level II certification or equivalent for one four NDT method (RT, UT, MPI, DP).
e. Trained in each catagories of equipment (pressure vessel, rotating equipment, electrical, flowline, crane or platform) from accredited institution, as appropriate to the work performed.
f. Good understanding on the implementation of ISO9000 quality management system.
2. Senior Coating and Corrosion Inspector (1 Person)
a. Familiar with relevant International Standard and code
b. Having certificate of BGAS / NACE / INDOCOR Coating Inspection or equivalent
c. Good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for coating as per API, CnV, NACE, etc.
d. Hands on experience with coating inspector tools
3. Senior Plant Inspector (1 Person)
a. Shall have experience to do the inspection, verification and commissioning of oil and gas plant.
b. Shall have experience to coordinate SKPI process including coordinating multiple tasks involving third party, NDT service company, manufacturer, and any other companies involved to accomplish and finish the project.
c. Shall have experience and good working relationship with government institution such as Migas, BPMigas, Depnaker etc. in obtaining the SKPI and license to operate.
d. As minimum shall have Migas certificate as inspector of pressure vessel, piping, NDT certified to ASNT or equivalent. API certificates are preferred
4. Senior Rotating Equipment Inspector (1 Person)
a. Mechanical Engineering background
b. Good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for rotating equipment (ASME, PTC, API, ANSI, etc).
c. Familiar with MIGAS regulation and requirements for inspection and certification
d. As minimum shall have certification or training on rotating equipment from accredited training institution.
e. Trained in inspection/engineering of rotating equipment
5. Senior Electrical/Instrument Inspector (1 Person)
a. Electrical Engineering background
b. As minimum shall have certification or training on electrical, instrumentation system and metering from accredited training institution.
c. Good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for electrical equipment (NFPA, NEMA, IEC, IEEE, ANSI, API, etc).
d. Familiar with MIGAS requirements for inspection, certification, and calibration.
e. As a minimum having trained/certification in electrical equipment such as MMC, Switchgear, power generation equipment, etc.
6. Senior QMS Consultant (1 person)
a. Engineering background
b. ISO 9000:2000 Lead Auditor accredited by IRCA
c. Minimum 10 years experience in all QMS activities including management of at least 20 QMS projects, leading to ISO 9000 certification.
d. Must have at least 5 years experience in Management Consulting (Strategy Development and Implementation), and be familiar in developing quality objective consistent with strategic objectives.
7. Senior Pressure Vessel Inspector (2 Persons)
a. Have a good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for pressure vessel and such as ASME, API, ANSI, etc
b. Familiar with MIGAS regulations and requirements for inspection and certification
c. As minimum shall have welding and pressure vessel inspector certification from MIGAS or from accredited training institution.
d. ASNT level II certification or equivalent for one of four NDT methods (RT, UT, MPI, DP)
8. Senior Pipeline Inspector (2 Persons)
a. Have a good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for onshore and offshore of pipeline.
b. Familiar with MIGAS regulation and requirements for inspection and certification of pipeline
c. As minimum shall have welding and pipeline inspector certification from MIGAS or from accredited training institution.
d. ASNT level II certification or equivalent for one of four NDT method (RT, UT, MPI, DP).
e. Has attend and passed the examination of DnV pipeline training arranged by Migas.
f. He or she shall familiar and equip with GPS
9. Senior StorageTank Inspector (2 Persons)
a. Have a good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for storage tank and such as ASME, API, ANSI, etc.
b. Familiar with MIGAS regulations and requirements for inspector and certification
c. As minimum shall have welding and storage tank inspector certification from MIGAS or from accresited training institution.
d. ASNT level II certification or equivalent for one of four NDT method (RT, UT. MPI, DP).
10. Senior Lifting Equipment Inspector (3 Persons)
a. Good understanding and interpretation of standard/code for lifting equipments (ASME, API, ANSI, etc).
b. Familiar with MIGAS regulations and requirements for inspection and certification of lifting equipment
c. As minimum shall have crane certification from MIGAS or from accredited training institution
d. ASNT level II certification or equivalent for one of four NDT methods (RT, UT, MPI, PT).
11. Senior Civil Structural Inspector (1 Person)
a. Civil of Geotechnical engineering background
b. Good understanding and interpretation of standard/code of concrete work such as ACI, AWS, AISC, etc.
c. Familiar with international codes and standard of testing in civil structural works such as ASTM, AASHO.
d. Familiar with local requirement such as Peraturan Beton Indonesia, Peraturan Pembebanan, Peraturan Kayu Indonesia etc.
e. Experience in design assessment of foundation
12. Senior Marine Survey Inspector (1 Person)
a. Neval Arthitect or Offshore Engineering background
b. Having experiences in Tanker or FPSO inspection, docking and tank cleaning
c. Familiar with surveys of marine facilities such as ships, FSO, jetty, etc
d. Familiar with international codes and standard of marine and shipping such as ABS, SOLAS, IMO etc.
e. He or she shall familiar and equipped witn GPS.
13. Senior Under Water Inspector (1 Person)
a. Neval Arthitect or Offshore Engineering background
b. ASNT level II certification or equivalent for one of four NDT methods (RT, UT, MPI, PT).
