Job Profile:
Candidate will be responsible for the complete construction management of Power Plant Package as well as coordination with the Customer
Project Details:
Broad Scope of work (Power Plant Package): Construction Management of the mainly following including (Construction of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Work including Automation work)
* 2 x CFB Boilers (Reheat type) –Two numbers of Circulating Fluidized Bed Boilers of reheat type with external Fluidized bed heat exchanger and designed to ASME section I code and meet the intent of Pressure Equipment Directive (PED) requirements. Boiler utilizes high volatile coal as the base fuel, start-up fuel is #2 diesel fuel oil and flame stability and propane for initial ignition. The boilers are equipped with bag house and limestone for controlling emission. There are two boilers and each boiler supplies steam to the Steam Turbine Generator. The plant operates in a unitized system.
* Two reheat steam Turbine Generators with axial exhaust to design to produce a 135 MW power at the generator terminals.
* Two aero-derivative combustion turbine generators (CTG) operating in a simple cycle mode to produce 46.2 MW utilizing # 2 Diesel fuel oil. CTG will be used for emergency power requirements
* Emergency Diesel Generators designed to start on black out conditions. The present design envisages 2 x 4 MW (Estimated) diesel generators utilizing #2 diesel oil as the fuel.
* Balance of Plant equipment for the power station to ensure the power station operates to the requirement of the Met Plant.
Broad Scope of work (Metallurgical Plant Package): Construction Management of the mainly following including (Construction of Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation Work including Automation work)
* Two production lines, each consisting of HMFD, Calciner, FBR and Smelter
* One Refinery and Ferronickel Shotting Facility
* One Ferronickel Storage and Packaging Facility
* One Coal Plant
* One N2/O2 Plant
* Balance of Plant (BOP)
