GENERAL MANAGER

Report directly to the Country President Director. You will provide leadership to field/block operations in the upstream business initiatives, growth and operations. Overall in charge of all matters related to Surface, Subsurface, General Affairs & Finance under the guidance of President Director. Protect the interest and right to the block or field. Oversee Company's operations to achieve business objectives and schedule completion, efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Lead and manage the field/block on all core and non core activities
2. Supervise Surface Manager, Subsurface Manager, General Affairs Manager and Finance & Accounting Manager
3. Lead and drive all key activities & initiatives such as coordinating subsurface activities on GG&R studies, drilling campaign, workover & well reentry and intervention, surface activities on field management (operation, production & maintenance) , process & facilities engineering and HSE, QA/QC
& security matter, spearhead full field review and further field development plan, responsible for WP&B and AFEs submission and approval, exploration & production period (or PSC) extension
4. Coordinate and submit surveillance report on field/block activities
& planning to Pertamina and/or BPMigas regularly (e.g. monthly or quarterly)
5. Establish and enhance strong relationship with all level of government officials, especially at Pertamina and BPMigas
6. Champion and provide the strategic leadership to grow and enhance the organizational capabilities as well as capacity to execute the strategies to achieve the business objectives

REQUIREMENTS:
1. A well rounded OIL & GAS surface or subsurface expertise with a multi-disciplinary background is a MUST, with extensive managerial and technical experience
2. Bachelor degree or higher in Geology, Geophysics or Engineering
3. Indonesian nationality, with minimum 20 years of work experience with a strong operating company
4. Strong in-depth oil & gas due diligence, developmental, technical and operational exposure
5. Effective motivational leader who is results-oriented, meticulous, resourceful, performance driven and customer focused
6. High energy team leader with a sense of drive & urgency, creativity, decisiveness and ability to excel under pressure
7. Strong negotiation and interpersonal communication skills with key government officials, professional personnel, senior executives and the community at large
8. Strong business and operational acumen

SENIOR DRILLING ENGINEER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Rig inspection and mob/demob of rig
2. Drill string design and drilling hydraulics calculations
3. Choosing drill and core bits, well deviation calculations, fishing
4. Design and monitor the drilling of wells and other rig based activities such as workovers
5. Prepare well design summaries and detailed drilling programmes
6. Providing QA/QC support to all operational activities within the wells team
7. Operate within the procurement process to identify and obtain the most cost effective materials for the drilling campaign
8. Locate and appraise new technology and equipment for most cost effective operation
9. Track and monitor contractors' performance against their commitments to the drilling plan and delivering well safely, on time, within budget, fit for purpose and meeting all objectives
10. Identify any variation in the schedule and the planned schedule and undertakes an analysis and modification to the drilling plan. Discuss activities with the rig and identify action to be taken on any variances to the plan
11. Planning of operations with due regard to safety of personnel, the environment and equipment
12. Ensure that the contractors are meeting their obligations in terms of staff, equipment and material to perform the agreed contractual obligations adequately
13. Prepare/review and complete end of well reports
14. Coordinate a team (G&G, RE and PT personnel, contractors and service company personnel) to conduct all well related operations from initial design and construction phases through to well delivery and end of well reports

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
2. Indonesian nationality, with minimum 15 years of work experience with a strong operating company
3. Relevant hands on experience in all aspects of related drilling activities as mentioned above
4. Knowledge and understanding of well pressure control (blowout prevention, drilling and coring bits, well deviation, fishing, drilling locations for exploration ventures in remotes areas, derrick loading determination, calculation of maximum allowable wear of Kelly, drill string design, calculation of loads in wire, drilling hydraulics calculations, calculation of dogleg angle and severity, calculation of bore hole position and fishing
5. Possess good analytical drilling engineering skills
6. Written and oral communication, presentation and reporting skills are also essential to ensure effective deployment and utilization of the Exploration & Development Department deliverables
7. The ability to coach and mentor junior team members


SENIOR RESERVOIR ENGINEER

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Material balance calculation and reservoir simulation. Categorization of resource volumes and maturation plans for Scope for Recovery (SFR)
2. Evaluation on secondary oil recovery such as waterflooding design and tertiary recovery or enhanced oil recovery (EOR) technique and screening
3. In charge of fluid sampling on methods, fluid characterization and PVT modeling. PVT analysis and special core analysis
4. Oil and gas reservoir performance analysis which includes the surveillance of wells/reservoirs, data acquisition and QC with an aim on infield opportunities to maximize ultimate oil and gas recovery
5. Formulate reservoir management and production policy of new and mature oil and gas fields. Improve reservoir management of mature oil and gas fields
6. Volumetric calculations and reserves estimation and design drainage pattern
7. Production (oil, gas and water forecasting)
8. Carry out classical and numerical reservoir engineering studies and evaluations such as coning/cusping prediction, application of single and multiple phase flow processes in porous media and hydrocarbon thermodynamics
9. Design and interpret oil and gas well tests
10. Managing integrated reservoir studies
11. Participate in preparation of Block or Field evaluation reports with other subsurface specialists

REQUIREMENTS:
1. Bachelor degree or higher in engineering, mathematics or physical science subject
2. Indonesian nationality, with minimum 15 years of work experience with a strong operating company
3. Relevant hands on experience in reservoir modeling, field development planning, reserves reporting, constructing reservoir simulation models, designing well locations or drainage pattern, optimizing well production profiles, estimating production availability and designing and implementing well tests
4. Knowledge and understanding of secondary and tertiary oil recovery
5. Possess good analytical reservoir engineering skills, understanding of drive mechanism of reservoir, knowledge of reservoir simulation using industry standard modeling packages including Eclipse and PETEX suite
6. Written and oral communication, presentation and reporting skills are also essential to ensure effective deployment and utilization of the Exploration & Development Department deliverables
7. The ability to coach and mentor junior team members
