ESTIMATOR – UPSTREAM

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform and develop strategic bid cost estimating of the construction and engineering services
- Handle the project budget and scheduling
- Prepare the bid price sheets and breakdown which indicates the details of the proposed project cash flow and cost details
- Monitor, assist and evaluate the vendor’s timeline, vendor quotation, bid cost and budget and scope of services.

The nature of our Client’s business:
We are currently working with a large consultancy company, which conducts the upstream operations in Asia. They are one of the leading service-provider within the construction and engineering industry.

Skills and experience required:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering or any related discipline
- Minimum 5 years experience in tendering/cost estimating
- Must be from the UPSTREAM industry (Oil Platforms)
- Possess good negotiating, technical and leadership skills
- Preferably with experience in overseas bidding
- Good communication skills (verbal and written)
- Highly motivated and a team player
