ECI-Metro combines the unique strengths of its two parent shareholder groups, Metro Machinery and the Ek Chor Investment Co., Ltd., a wholly owned subsidiary of the Charoen Pokphand (CP) Group. Metro Machinery is one of the most matured Cat dealers worldwide and CP is one of the first and largest foreign investors in the PRC, with more than 100 Joint Ventures.

Appointed as a caterpillar dealer in 1995, ECI-Metro established four wholly owned subsidiaries, one each in Kunming (Yunnan Province), Chengdu (Sichuan Province), Guiyang (Guizhou Province) and in the Municipality of Chongqing. In 2002 ECIM's territory was expanded significantly when ECI-Metro was appointed the Dealer for Qinghai, Xizang (Tibet), Ningxia, Gansu and Shaanxi provinces. These provinces in Western China are the heart of the government's "go west" economic development program and will offer ECIM substantial opportunities for the sale of machines, engines and parts.

Mining/ Quarry & Aggregates Equipment Sales and Marketing General Manager/Assistant General Manager

Reporting to: Group General Manager

Job description :-
* Align department with company’s overall goal and then set department’s strategy, action plan, timeline, people, sales target and integrity accordingly to company’s mission & vision

* Establish Mining/ Q&A department’s Business Plan for territories, product range, goals, demo programs and quotas for Provinces

* Responsibility for support and ensure the success of Province Mining/ Q&A business and meeting of annual Business Plan

* Direct, train, recruit, coach, retain and supervise Mining/ Q&A staff for MD office and province level personnel

* Establish Mining/ Q&A business operational process and delegate the execution plan accordingly

* Reviewing market analyses helps them to determine customer needs, sales volume potential, and pricing schedules that will meet company goals.

* External relationship with other functional departments to ensure all departments working towards a common target

* The point person with CAT on all relating Mining/ Q&A matters


Qualifications :-

* Minimum 5 years Sales Operation experience, especially in Mining/ Q&A Industry
* Minimum 3 -5 years Senior Management in Sales & Marketing Experience
* Knowledge of the Mining/ Q&A Business in China is a plus
* Excellent Business Acumen is essential
* Strong leadership and organizational skills
* Strong and precise planner and execution in strategies and goals
* Be willing to travel and able to work under pressure
* Excellent Coaching & Communication skills
* Written and spoken Chinese and English language is essential


Location :-China in Yunnan, Guizhou, Chongqing, Shaanxi, Gansu, Ningxia, Sichuan, and Qinghai province
