Responsibilities:

* Involve in providing on-site technical support and day-to-day communication with operational personnel regarding Baker Petrolite’s chemical treatment programs.
* Sample process vessels, flowlines and wellheads in preparation for laboratory analysis
* Assist with production chemical trials and chemical program optimization
* Monitor inline corrosion probes and corrosion coupons, and
* Report writing and database administration

Requirements:

* A degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or relevant discipline
* A minimum of 1 year of experience in an Oil and Gas / Petrochemical laboratory environment
* Strong analytical skills
* Awareness of safe working practices
* Ability to communicate effectively with our clients’ field and management personnel
