1. Recruitment Manager (Jakarta based)

Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for providing strategic advice to the General Manager, Human Resource Manager and Project Managers on setting recruitment strategy in order to meet ongoing and future resource planning needs.
- To develop a strategic plan for resource allocation to ensure that the company is well placed with its recruitment strategy in order to meet future project and general business growth.
- To manage the recruitment systems and processes through the drafting of recruitment plans, setting deliverables, timeframes and overseeing the management of recruitment portfolios in order to ensure recruitment needs are satisfied in a timely and cost effective manner.
- To actively promote skills development, knowledge transfer and organizational learning across the recruitment team in order to facilitate personal and career development and maximize the capabilities within the recruitment function.
- To source, develop and maintain relationships with external Recruitment agents and agencies in order to source market data, potential candidates and develop the Company brand within the region.
- To be responsible for research, set up and forward planning for new and existing labour markets in order to prepare the Company for ongoing resource challenges.

Requirements:
- Degree Holder in a related field.
- 7-10 years of Internal Recruitment Role & 5+ years in a Managerial Role.
- Preferably has experience in mining industry, experience in construction industry would be an advantage.
- Familiarity with behavioral interviewing skills.
- Good interpersonal, organization & planning and communication skills.


2. Recruitment Superintendent (Jakarta based)

Responsibility:
- Maintain good relationship with government and community in order to gain support from government and community in site area.
- Responsible for staff recruiting and selection process in order to fulfill manpower needs of each department in timely basis with high qualified employee.
- Oversee the coordination of recruitment annual budget preparation in order to ensure compliance with the company budget guidelines and its monthly review.
- Analyze existing business system, policy, process and procedures in order to implement continuous improvement.
- Monitor the provision of personnel administration in order to ensure that all stipulation regarding employee affairs is executed accordingly and timely in accordance to company policies and procedures.
- Supervise and develop subordinate in order to support subordinate to be good performer and enhance teamwork performance in delivering quality services for customer

Requirement : Degree, 5-7 yrs exp., MS office, labor law and government regulation knowledge, fluent in English.
