Cost Control & Budget Coordinator

A major oil and gas company is looking for a Cost Control &Budget Coordinator to join their team.

The job location will be Paris and then mobilize to Kazakhstan (on rotation).

Purpose:
- Participate to the Annual Work Program /Budget session and to the multiyear budget process for the pre development assets
- Perform the cost control of the Technical Directorate.
- Maintain an up-to-date estimate of the final costs both for the yearly activities and the overall costs.
- Coordinate his activities according to the company's Planning Directorate Cost Control and Finance Directorate Budgeting rules and principles.

Required Competencies:
- Control of budget preparation, cost control and budget analysis practices
- Good practice of SAP and Microsoft applications
- Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
- Written, verbal and presentation skills, and a good command of the English language
- Understand and integrate the work program and budget originated by multi-national and multi-discipline teams within the technical Directorate
- Cultivate interfaces with relevant members of Finance, and external Relations directorates within the company as well as cost controllers within other companies.
- Integrate PSA and Regulatory requirements

Qualifications & Experience:
- 10 years experience in petroleum activity budget control, from exploration to production
