We invite outstanding Technical Specialists & Lead Engineers with proven track record on large value Oil & Gas - Onshore EPC projects on LSTK (Lump Sum Turn Key) basis for our Engineering Head Quarters based in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. All positions are on long term / staff basis with family status.

Experience / Expertise:
ü Process Engineers – Chemical engineers with experience in process design of oil & gas projects in an EPC environment. Candidates should have experience in process simulations, PFD and P & ID development, equipment sizing, system hydraulic calculations, safety valve, blow down and flare sizing. Candidates should also possess good knowledge of industry and company standards such as HAZOP, API, SHELL DEP’s etc.
ü Rotary Equipment Engineers - Mechanical engineers with experience in selection, design and engineering of rotary machines such as compressors, pumps, gas turbines, steam turbines and utility packages.
ü Static Equipment Engineers – Mechanical engineers with experience in design and engineering of pressure vessels, heat exchangers, tanks, flares and various related packages like hot oil units, TEG package, furnaces and reformers.
ü Risk & Safety Design Engineers – Chemical/Civil engineers with experience in fire, explosive & dispersion modelling, QRA, risk control measures to demonstrate ALARP fire & explosion risk assessment, safety studies like HAZID, HAZOP, SIL, escape & evacuation studies.
ü Metallurgists – Metallurgy/Corrosion engineers with experience in material selection, cathodic protection, chemical cleaning, Corrosivity calculation, inhibitor technology, painting & coating and insulation. Should be well versed with NACE,ASME,API, ASTM,ANSI, NORSOK,DNV and BS codes.
ü Piping Engineers – Mechanical engineers with experience in materials or stress analysis. Should be able to lead a team of engineers and designers in carrying out engineering work for large sized projects.
ü Telecom Engineers - Electronics/ Telecom engineers with experience in system design with knowledge of optical fibre transmission and multiplexing, voice switching, PABX, key telephone systems, microwave radio / TDMA radio, VHF-UHF and satellite communication. Knowledge of 3D modelling applications desirable.
ü Instrumentation Engineers – Instrumentation engineers with experience in control systems, foundation field bus instruments, shut down systems with experience of participation in safety studies such as HAZOP & SIL, preparation of instrument specification and datasheets is desirable. Experience of using INTOOLS for preparation of instrument index, datasheets etc will be an added advantage.
ü Electrical Engineers – Electrical engineers with experience of equipment for hazardous areas, electrical heat tracing, cathodic protection and design outdoor switchyard, transmission lines and GIS substations. Should be well versed with various electrical system softwares such as ETAP, EDSA, CYME or SKM.
ü Civil / Structural Engineers – Civil / Structural engineers with experience in structural design of petrochemical projects with exposure in both steel and RCC structures, foundations – static & vibrating, and be conversant in softwares like STAADPRO, GTSTRUDL and MATHCAD.
Preferred Education/Experience:
Minimum requirements:
·4-yr Bachelors Degree in Engineering
·Minimum of 18 years of related petrochemical experience preferable from a background in working for consultancy organizations in the EPC or the Oil and Gas Industry
