Brief Description:
Responsible for preparing and updating the annual business plan, manage the planning process and continuously monitor the implementation of the plan to ensure achievement of the company's goals and objectives. The position is also responsible for Business Reporting in support of Company's business including the performance measurement framework and accountability reporting processes.

* Business Planning
* Business Reporting
* Performance Measurement
* Business Development
* Process Improvement

Job Requirements
*Knowledge of the principles and practices of Business Planning
*Knowledge and experience in Financial Accounting, Budgeting & Financial Reporting
*Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
*Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communications and presentation skills
*Demonstrated ability to synthesize and collate data for Senior Management
*Knowledge of project management and process improvement methodologies, decision-making tools, planning tools and data analysis tools.
*Ability to work under tight deadlines and to produce high quality products on time
*Understanding of the confidential nature of work
*Exceptional management and able to think strategically and laterally
