§ He must have experience in fabrication of pressure vessels.
§ He should be knowledgeable about the pressure vessels
§ He should be familiar with all related codes and standards
§ He must have good QC knowledge & expediting ability to oversee & control manufacturing activities & should be self-sufficient.
