ENGINEERING POSITIONS - OIL AND GAS
POSITION 1. PLANNING ENGINEERING SPECIALIST
Job Purpose:
� To provide expert level planning support for shutdown activities through close liaison with the Shutdown Group, Maintenance, Operations personnel, other interface groups such as Project Teams, and execution contractors.
� Lead team of planners and schedulers during shutdown preparations and execution.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
� Requires minimum of 10 years of shutdowns, maintenance, and / or brownfield project planning in Refining and / or LNG facilities. Should have lead planner or planning supervisor experience on at least one shutdown consisting of >100,000 manhours within the past 5 years.
� Prior supervisory experience is preferred.
� Expert level knowledge of a variety of technical planning software and maintenance management and materials software including SAP and Premivera (P3).
� Expert level knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance systems, performance measures and their applications.
� Expert in project / shutdown schedule monitoring and control.
� Knowledge of Engineering codes, standards and practices is a necessity to evaluate planning requirements for engineering projects.
� Ability to understand specifications and contract documentation.
� Extensive experience in dealing with vendors, suppliers, contractors and consultants involved in the oil and gas sector.
POSITION 2. MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING SPECIALIST
Job Purpose:
� Provides supports in coordinating and controlling Maintenace Machinery and Reliability Team to ensure all maintenance programs are properly planned and safely executed to achieve targeted levels of plant reliability and availability at best in class maintenance practices and costs.
� Provides supports and coordination to ensure maintenance programs are performed based on risks priorities, safety, and quality and cost objectives; and ensure that all applicable OIMS (Operations Integrity Management Systems) and its related exectations are satisfied.
� Provides expert advises, coordination and supports on plant machineries� engineering and maintenance; in retrofits, upgrades and/or like-for-like refurbishment of critical equipment either at third party factory (OEM etc) or Plantsite.
Knowledge Skills and Experience:
� At least holding a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from recognised university.
� Minimum of 13 years of experience in diverse areas of machinery engineering & maintenance in Oil and Gas refineries, preferably in LNG and associated plants.
� Extensive experience and exposures with �hands-on� engineering and maintenance methods of heavy duty and complex machineries.
� Well versed with machinery-related international guides and standards such as ISO, API, ANSI, ASTM, ASME, JIS, DIN
� Good experience and exposures with Quality Management concepts and practices such as ISO-9000, 14000 Series.
� Team player, able to coach, capable to work in multi-natinal environment.
� Highly motivated, good interpersonal and excellent decision making skills
POSITION 3. MAINTENANCE ENGINEERING SPECIALIST (MEASUREMENT)
Job Purpose
Serve as focal point for resolution of complex issues and non-routine problems & applications related to On shore analytical, fire & gas and fiscal metering systems, root cause analysis and support for ensuring all maintenance programs for On-Line Analytical, Fire & Gas, Fiscal Metering, at on-shore facilities starting from inlet to sale�s point are safely executed and regulatory & technical standards expectations satisfied and industry best practices followed.
Knowledge Skills and Experience
� Engineering Degree in Electrical, Electronic or Instrumentation from a recognised educational institution with excellent academic records.
� About 10 years of maintenance/engineering experience On-line Analysers and Fiscal & Allocation Metering Systems associated with large oil and gas or petrochemical industry, with 5 or more years experience as maintenance engineer.
� In depth experience with oil and gas industry on-line analyser, metering system, tank gauging and fire &gas maintenance practices & conversant with maintenance requirements for these systems.
� Shall have had experience with gas, liquid (LNG and Condensate in particular) on-line analyser, fiscal metering and tank gauging systems with specific experience on orifice, ultrasonic, coriolis & turbine type meters.
� Specialization in fiscal and allocation metering techniques and working knowledge of appropriate international standards such as ISO, API MPMS, AND AGA.
� Knowledge of installation, calibration, commissioning and maintenance & tersting procedures of Instrumentation,Metering and On-line Analysers associated with LNG or Petrochemical plant is essential.
POSITION 3. ELECTRICAL ENGINEERING SPECIALIST
