My client is the PSC Oil and Gas Company in Indonesia. They been here since
1968 and today they would like to explore further their existency and look
for several qualified candidates to join their project immediately:

*SR. EXPLORATION GEOLOGIST ( code: GEO)*

*The following skills, experience and qualifications are required :*
- Minimum 15 years of oil and gas industry experience.
- MSc or PHD degree in geology or closely related field.
- Asia/South East Asia experience essential in particularly for Indonesia.

Must be very familiar with all aspects relating to exploration geology,
tools and methods, log evaluation and basin modelling including close
interface with 2D and 3D seismic.
- Experience in 2D/3D workstation interpretation and/or PC geological
software tools.
- Understanding of aspects relating to development geology/field development
plans a plus.
- Good knowledge of industry standard geological software.
- Team player and self-starter.
- This is a local staff role open to applicants of Indonesian nationality
only.

*Key responsibilities include :*
- Play and prospect evaluation, generation and recommendations to
management.
- Evaluation of new ventures at the exploration level and/or
development/production level.
- Good knowledge of all aspects of geological studies from early stage
exploration to development stages.
- Preparation/presentation of technical material to the company s
management, partner(s) and government officials.
- Supervision of all aspects of geology during Exploration/Appraisal
drilling as required.

*SR. RESERVOIR ENGINEER ( code: RES)*

*Qualification:*
• Minimum bachelor Degree in Petroleum engineer required.
• Minimum 7 (seven) years of direct experience in reservoir engineer.
• Proficiency in English both speaking and writing.
• Proficiency in reservoir engineering software tools (OFM. Pansys, or
Shapire, Eclipse, MBAL, Prosper).
• Experienced in simulator including black oil and compositional simulation
with a through understanding of fluid and rock properties such as PVT, cap
pressure and relative permeability.
• In good state of health.

*DRILLING SUPERINTENDENT (code:DS)*

Experience:
- 10 years in similar position

- 6 years in Drilling Industry experience

- Degree/Diploma in Science/Engineering with fluency in English language

Qualification:
- Leadership

- Problem solving

- Commercial minded

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the Drilling Rig Operation for Rigs assigned to him.
- Liaise with operator “CONTRACT HOLDER” on every day basis and plan for
the operation activities in advance.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the Rig and equipment.
- Responsible for preparing the Annual Maintenance program of his Rigs.
- Responsible for the safety of his Rigs.
- Responsible for “HSEQ” of his Rigs.
- Responsible for authorizing “MR” from Rig.
- Responsible for running rig within budget.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for physically carrying out the drilling operation on rig
under the supervision of Night Tool Pushers
- Responsible to maintain records of drilling and servicing operations
- Responsible for the safety of all drilling crew working under him
- Liaises with other third party contractors
- Responsible for maintaining tally and dimensional sketch of all down
hole equipment
- Responsible for maintaining casing tally .
- Responsible for maintaining all drilling equipments under him
- Responsible for Well Control
- Train or arrange for training of crew

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for assisting Manager (Drilling) in Tendering for contracts
within the Middle East
- Liaise with Rig Managers for incentive operation.
- Responsible for Drilling Engineering Section
- Responsible for preparing reports on Rigs & activities.
- Assist Manager (Drilling) and Drilling Superintendent in day-to-day
operation of the Rigs.
- Assist Drilling Superintendent in cost control of Rigs.
- Responsible for technical input to Rig Managers.
- Liaise with operator regarding Drilling Engineering.
