Support Services PSC Gas Supervisor

Basic Purpose:
• Manage and supervise of all operation support activities for onshore gas operations which will covers manage and supervise light construction activities,
• Manage and supervise operation support contract and contractors, which will cover EPC type and other service type of contract with minimum supervision,
• Manage and supervise other on site Engineering, Procurement and Construction contractors to construct and start-up small maintenance capital projects and the management of an inspection group comprising Safety Inspectors, QC / QA Inspections and Support Services. With minimum supervision,
• Provide excellence on Developing and Managing Contract and Supervise EPC and Service Type of Contract,
• Provide input and assistance to onshore gas operation manager in matters related to contract/contract executions, best practices, lesson learn, contractor competency, local hiring/labor relation, budgeting and AFE process,
• Responsible in promoting Contractor Safety Health Environment Management System (CSHEMS) and ensure that contractor compliance with COPI CSHEMS.

Qualification & Experience:
• Educational background: Mechanical Engineer with demonstrated leadership qualities,
• Minimum of 8 years diversified in engineering / maintenance, preferably in the gas plant side of the industry, including supervisory experience in the Project / Construction/Engineering areas with a minimum of 6 years experience in a supervisory position,
• Experience project management and facility construction,
• Multidiscipline knowledge in construction especially in piping/fabrication, civil, structure, mechanical and inspection of industrial piping,
• Have engineering background and familiar with International Code/Standard such as; ANSI/ASME B31.3, B31.4, B31.8, API 650, API 1104, ASME VIII Div 1 / 2, etc.,
• Having knowledge in cost estimating and budgeting,
• Knowledgeable with Computerized Management System.

Maintenance Advisor (Electrical) &
Maintenance Advisor (Instrument & Control)


Basic Function and Scope:
The Maintenance Support Engineer shall provide technical support to COPI offshore oil and gas installations operating in the Natuna Sea.
Primarily responsible for providing Electrical expertise including Heating ventilating Air Conditioning, performing reliability analysis, fault finding and mentoring to the Offshore Electrical maintenance team. Primarily responsible for providing Instrument & control expertise including programmable logic controller (PLC, performing reliability analysis, fault finding and mentoring to the Offshore instrument & control maintenance team.

Qualification & Experience:
• Technical Degree (BSc or MSc in applicable Engineering discipline) or Technical Diploma level (D3/D4);
• Maintenance Advisor (Electrical) position requires 10 years experience in Electrical Maintenance and Operation preferably in the offshore Oil and Gas industry. A working knowledge of Gas Turbines (RR Avons, RB211 s ) centrifugal gas compressors, pumps and motors would be an advantage. Should be knowledgeable in offshore production operations and maintenance of equipment as well as logistics and planning;
• Maintenance Advisor (Instrument & Control) 10 years experience in Instrument / Electrical Maintenance and Operation preferably in the offshore Oil and Gas industry. A working knowledge of Gas Turbines generator and gas compressor control (Solar, RR Avons, RB211’s) would be an advantage. Should be knowledgeable in offshore production operations and maintenance of equipment as well as logistics and planning;
• Analytical capabilities including problem solving, trouble shooting capability and knowledge of QA/QC procedures;
• Knowledge of Reliability Integrity processes and tools i.e. RCM, Defect Elimination, RCFA, and Pareto;
• Knowledge and understanding of Condition Monitoring Techniques.

COMPLETION ENGINEER

BASIC PURPOSES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform all engineering planning and implementation of well services & completion operations, in conjunction with multi disciplined technical team, involved in Offshore Onshore Well Operations activities to ensure that wells are worked on in a safe, cost effective, and an environmentally responsible manner, adhering to all company core values, corporate fiduciary requisites and policies, and in-country legislation.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
1. Minimum Bachelors degree in engineering
2. 5 Years of industry experience, in all aspect of well services, completion and production operations.
3. Computer proficiency in word processing, spread sheet and engineering application software – Well View drilling data management system.

Special Skills, Training & Certifications
1. Current IWCF or IADS well control certification
2. Good computer skills with knowledge of MAXWELL & Well view.

ROTATING EQUIPMENT ENGINEER

Basic Purpose:
Responsible for the technical support and reliability of all Rotating/Mechanical Equipment (turbo machinery, pumps, compressors, engines, cranes, etc.) in COPI both onshore and offshore. Ensure rotating equipment maintenance strategies are in alignment with plant operating strategies.

Qualification/Experience:
• Engineering degree with a minimum of 10 - 20 years of experience in oil and gas environments or equivalent experience.

• Mechanical, reliability, facility, or rotating equipment engineering experience with an operations or maintenance background.

• Fundamental skills in fluid dynamics, energy conversion, dynamic response and vibration applied to machinery and equipment. Knowledge of RR Avons/RB211’s and Solar turbines would be beneficial. Use of Video images coping equipment and interpretation of images is desired.
