Our company, a growing service company in Oil & Gas and Power Plant Sector, is seeking for a qualified candidate to fill the position of HR Manager in our Company with the following qualifications:
1. Bachelor Degree
2. Experience in HR minimum 8-10 years (preferably experience in Oil&Gas and/or Power Plant Sector)
3. Experience in developing and maintain employee's benefit
4. Experience in handling expatriates workers
4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skill
5. Familiar with manpower regulation and legislation
6. Fluent in English both written and oral
