'Facility Engineer Specialist'

Our Client is the world's largest publicly traded international oil and gas company, providing energy that helps underpin growing economies and improve living standards around the world. Currently they’re recruiting for high caliber candidate to be assigned as Facility Engineer Specialist

Jobfunction:
The Facility Engineer Specialist - FF is responsible for broad technical oversight
of the EPC contractor' s facilities engineering effort. Gains alignment with the Engineering Lead - FF and the Lead Engineer on facilities engineering needs, objectives, and requirements. Supports project stewardship and EMCAPS compliance requirements. Assists Engineering Lead and Lead Engineer with management and
coordination of engineering activities.

Required KNOWLEDGE, qualifications, skills, and EXPERIENCE:
· Extensive knowledge of facilities:
- Design standards, specifications, codes, and appropriate safety criteria
- Onshore facilities and structures design, construction, and operations
- ExxonMobil practices, processes, and expectations with respect to facilities engineering
· Bachelors Degree in an engineering discipline, preferably Mechanical or Chemical
· 10+ years experience in crude oil and gas producing facilities design and
operation.
· Experience in coordinating engineering contractor and claims avoidance management desired.
· Must be able to interface with others outside the Facilities Group to help determine
whether or not design objectives/delivera bles are being met
· Proficient
in Microsoft Office suite of software programs, Lotus Notes, etc.
· Read,write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and
business communications and the preparation and delivery of presentations
