Responsibilities:
* Implements the turnaround and tie-in process strategy and supervises the execution of work to achieve the Plant objectives and business goals.
* Knowledgeable on the budget process for assigned turnaround and tie-ins.

* Performs control estimates.

* Need to have a very good working knowledge of ALL the operation of an Owner's operator or facility Permit-To-Work system.
