Business Development Leader/Manager
Objective
Grow power business beyond Diesel Power Rental
Actions
• Assess power supply and demand situation/projects, match with Company s current and potential capabilities
• Generate potential business opportunities/projects
• Develop and lead Company s Business Development team
• Assess business feasibility (including technical and legal requirement relevant project investment, rate of return, risks)
• Perform/lead a team to perform project due diligent as required
• Develop Business Case/proposal for Director s review
• For approved project(s), lead project development until closure, including establishment of project team/organization
• Hand over project to operating organization

TBD: Business Analyst(s), Application Engineer(s), Risk/Legal officer(s)
Key Qualifications
• Engineering background (Mechanical/Electrical) with MBA degree is preferred
• 7-10 years business development experience in power/infrastructure field
Sales Leader/ Manager
Objective
Enhance sales effectiveness
Actions
• Lead and manage Sales Force, including personnel development
• Execute marketing plan by building and managing relationship with targeted customer segments, provide feedback/insights to Marketing
• Identify, generate, and manage leads and prospects, follow up customer inquiries, both in short term and medium/long term horizon
• Qualify leads and prospects and select customer/project following Company s Sales Process, ensuring risks are identified from the start of the process
• Identify customer values and offering by competitors, determine strategy to win
• Assume front-end coordination role of risk review process and contract structuring
• Follow up Proposal process, ensuring timely provision of proposals in coordination with Product & Commercial
• Coordinate and/or perform customer presentations
• Negotiate deals with Customers
• Close deals and secure Contracts, meet and exceed Sales Target
• Handover finalized contracts to Fulfillment/Operation
• Manage contract renewal process, ensuring timely extension of Contracts

Key Qualifications
• Engineering, or relevant sales/marketing background, MBA degree is preferred
