Field Production Supervisor

Responsibilities:
* To Ensure production systems are operated safety with minimal environmental impact and in compliance with legislation and management system
* Assist with the development and assessment of production personnel competencies
* To supervise production and prioritize work in accordance with short and long term plan
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant safety codes and operating procedures ensuring that these are followed and improved to ensure that the safety of all operations in maintained
* Assisting in the planning and co ordination of all major activities in conjunction with onshore support and project groups
* Maintaining the facility integrity, through co ordination of operations inspection and activities
* Coordinate preparation of operations, and training procedures as required

Requirements:
* Bachelor Degree in Engineering
* 10 years experience in the hydrocarbon industry in a production role
* Experience in offshore production/Drilling/well services
* Good English Written and speaking
