3) Coordinate the arrangement of transportation of the imported goods, preparing import schedule and shipping planning.
4) Coordinate the arrangement of the import / shipping document base on customs law such as proforma invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading/ AWB by liaise with the supplier and forwarder/ shipping agent.
5) Control, monitor and identify all movement/ transhipment of the imported goods from the supplier to final destination (site) to ensure all movement are runs well and tractable for to be advised the status to the user/requisitioner.
6) Coordinate and monitor the customs clearance processing and delivery of the goods to site.
7) Plan and handling the preparation and submission of Masterlist in order to propose for achieve import duty exemption.
8) Manage, control and monitor the movement of equipment ex Masterlist facility
9) Organize the movement / disposal permit of equipment ex Masterlist facility
10) Plan and handle the preparation and submission the application of temporary import permit.
11) Handling all customs examinations by external auditors & resolve the customs issues.
12) Perform other duties as requested.

Quality Coordinator (Civils)

A major operator currently has an active and urgent need for a Quality Coordinator (Civil experience) to join its team in Brisbane before moving to Papua New Guinea on a rotational basis.

Artic Experienced Facility Engineer

QA/QC Manager

A major EPC company is looking for a QA/QC Manager to join them on a 3 years contract. The project is due to stay in Korea for 12 months followed by 2 years in the UAE.

He must have previously held the position of QA/QC manager on similar projects. His exposure particularly to projects in Middle East will be an added qualification. He must be familiar with international oil and gas quality systems requirements adopted during design, engineering, procurement and construction of large oil and gas projects and shall be able to guide & direct the FEED engineer to ensure that FEED deliverables fully reflect QA/QC requirements of the applicable codes, standards and other specific guidelines set forth by the Client in the Agreement. HSE Manager

A major EPC company is looking for an HSE Manager to join their team on a 3 years contract. The project is due to stay in Korea for 12 months followed by 2 years in the UAE.

Construction Manager

A Major EPC Contractor requires a Construction Manager to join them on a project hire to be based initially in contractors offices in Korea and then to re-locate to Abu Dhabi with project needs.

Must have familiarity with latest construction methods, modern project management techniques, and environmental engineering aspects. Requires specific knowledge in co-ordinating contract packages, constructability review, Site Plan management, tracking construction progress.

B.S. or equivalent degree in Engineering from an accredited university with minimum fifteen (15) years relevant experience in the oil/gas industry, particularly in the Middle East. Must have been in CONSULTANT’s organisation for at least five (5) years in similar position. An advanced degree in construction management is highly desirable.

The candidates will be based in Ulsan Korea working on a major project. The project is due to stay in Korea for 12 months followed by 2 years in the UAE. The project is a gas processing plant on Das Island. Once the project comes to the UAE the Construction Manager will be working on Das Island in camp accommodation.

In Korea during detail design the working week is 40 hours
On Das Island the working week will be 60 hours over 6 days, overtime rate will be applicable for anytime over 48 hours
Candidates will be entitled to 3 return flights annually and 25 days holiday per annum
